Mobile Pediatric
physical therapy
Experience professional physical therapy in the comfort of your home or community. We provide personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to help your child reach their physical milestones safely and with confidence.
Gross Motor Skill Development
We help children of all ages build the strength, balance, and coordination needed for everyday movement. From crawling and walking to jumping and playground play, we foster the confidence to move and explore freely.
Tethered Oral Tissues trained
We provide specialized support for families navigating tongue and lip ties. Our clinical focus includes pre- and post-procedure support, including bodywork and craniosacral therapy, to improve oral range of motion and support successful feeding.
Certified in
Congenital Muscular Torticollis
With a certification in torticollis, we are able deliver expert care for infants with head tilting, rotation preference, or plagiocephaly (flat spots). Using gentle exercises and specific positioning, we help improve symmetry and range of motion while empowering you with effective home-based techniques.
Certified Educator of
Infant Massage
Aside from physical therapy, we offer infant massage. We will guide you through infant massage techniques to enhance the bond with your little one. These sessions are designed to support healthy development, improve sleep, and provide natural relief for common issues like gas and colic.
At Littlefoot Pediatric Therapy, we provide direct, one-on-one sessions via a cash-based model. We do not bill insurance, allowing for truly personalized care with no limits in number of visits.

Payments are taken through Square or Venmo and due at time of service. We accept HSA payments and can provide a Superbill (provided at request only) for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
* The cost is $25/unit (1 unit = about 15 minutes). If the session is held >20 minutes from Littlefoot Pediatric Therapy's official domicile in Grain Valley, the session must be scheduled for at least 45 minutes (3 units).
